Periodic students evaluation and feedback of parents at the Parent -Teachers Meets, Mentor- Student meet and parents informal rapport ensure the essential modern day parent-teacher-student connectivity for the holistic growth of the student

The organizational director Mrs.SivaBharathi is an women activist, who served for the downtrodden in Chennai, kanchipuram and thiruvallur district, she served in the community for more than 12years for the upliftment of the slum dwellers and for the children and women in Chennai, she has tremendous knowledge in child rights, women rights and continuously fighting for the rights of the dalit and tribal community, she is a very good trainer and motivator of youth, and established many youth club and trained in personality development and in health education and to overcome the stress for youth, she has organized many training on health related issues, mental health training, counseling and also been as a trainer for HIV/Aids cum counselor, she is more concerned on girl child health education and training was given for adolescent girls, moreover she is trained in street theater and performed many street plays in Chennai city. The whole hearted effort of Mrs. Sivabharathi, emerged with a mission to initiate and establish a social organization to uplift the downtrodden children and women and the needy in the community in the year 2016.
